The E-Bikes
No One Else Will Fix
Low-cost repair for Chinese and off-brand e-bikes that dealers and manufacturers won't service — and retrofits that turn the bike you already own into the e-bike you want.

“We don't work on those” ends here.
If your e-bike came from a website instead of a dealership, you've probably heard it: the local shop won't touch it, and the manufacturer is an unanswered support ticket away. I specialize in exactly those bikes. Honest estimates before any work starts, and repairs priced so fixing the bike actually beats replacing it.
- ✓Diagnostics — error codes, dead displays, no-power mysteries
- ✓Motors — hub and mid-drive — noise, cutouts, replacements
- ✓Controllers & wiring — swaps, repairs, and cleaned-up harnesses
- ✓Batteries & charging — testing, connectors, chargers, BMS issues
- ✓Throttles, displays & sensors — PAS, brake cutoffs, replacements
- ✓The bike part of the e-bike — brakes, drivetrain, and tune-ups too
Electrify the Bike You Already Love
Conversions, kits, and upgrades.
A well-fitted conversion kit on a bike you already trust often beats a new budget e-bike — better frame, better fit, and you know its history. I'll help you pick the right kit for how you ride, install it cleanly, and dial it in.
- ✓Full conversions — turn the bike you already love into an e-bike
- ✓Hub-motor & mid-drive kits — help choosing one, or installing one you bought
- ✓Upgrades — bigger battery, better display, stronger brakes
- ✓Rescue jobs — half-finished conversions and abandoned projects welcome

Can't Haul It? I'll Come to You.
Pickup available — options walked through at your door.
E-bikes are heavy, and most don't fit in a trunk. For a small fee, I'll come to you, pick up the bike, and walk through your options in person — what's likely wrong, what it should cost, and whether it's worth putting money into — before any work begins. Prefer to bring it by? Drop-offs at my Cincinnati workshop work too, by appointment.
